On June 26, 2013, Saint Anthony Hospital announced the winners of its First Annual Cutest Kid Contest. Over 400 children entered for a chance to win the grand prize of $1,000, second place of $250 and to be a part of the hospital’s pediatric advertising campaign.

The contest was split into three different categories and the top contestant from each of these categories was able to participate in the finale where three pediatricians from Saint Anthony Hospital including: Dr. Romeen Lavani, chairman of the department of pediatrics, Dr. Shruti Trehan and Dr. Shilpa Singh were the judges.
The contest ended June 8th at the hospital’s annual Summer Fest where the contestants participated in a photo shoot with Maya Moody of Moody Photography. The finalists were evaluated on their charisma and on their final answer to the question “Why do you love your doctor?”
