Mujeres Latinas en Accion, a non-profit agency, is seeking a bilingual director to oversee two productions of the Vagina Monologues, one in Spanish and one in English and a part-time efforts to outcomes (ETO) administrator.

Vagina Monologues Director:

Responsibilities
• Oversee the cast and rehearsals in the weeks leading up to the show dates
• Monitor the progress of the production to ensure that performers are adequately prepared for the performance night
• Assist in assigning monologues to the cast in a fair and tactful manner.
• Ensure the show follows all rules and regulations set forth by the V-Day Organization
• Be available to discuss the progress of the show and for preparation time needed for the show
• Consult with supervisor before making any decisions that may impact the show or Mujeres Latinas En Acción

Part-time Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) Administrator:

Responsibilities
• Reviews periodically the structure of database to ensure the purposefulness of capturing and reporting data
• Enable and disable features and functionalities of the system
• Manages User accounts: ensures that each account has appropriate level of access in the software
• Provides information and support to staff regarding Mujeres ETO’s configuration.
• Makes recommendations and works in collaboration regarding reporting needs
• Assists in the design of reports and queries to determine usefulness of reports
• Stays connected and educated about ETO features, functionalities and new development in the ETO community
• Participates in trainings and discussions in the ETO Community online
