ACCESS Grand Boulevard Health and Specialty Center invites the entire community to stop by its Summer Community Health Fair to be held on Saturday, August 30th, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at 5401 S. Wentworth Ave., Chicago.

We invite community members to learn more about the resources in their community and encourage parents to prepare their children for the upcoming school year with school supplies (while supplies last) and back-to-school physicals. There will also be food, blood pressure and BMI screenings, as well as free depression and anxiety screenings.
