Consumers say AT&T U-verse® offers the highest customer satisfaction of TV service providers in the North Central region. The findings were part of the J.D. Power 2014 Residential Television Service Provider Satisfaction StudySM released last week.
AT&T U-verse TV ranked highest in overall satisfaction in a study that evaluates performance and reliability, customer service, cost of service, billing, programming and communication. AT&T added many features over the past year that make the AT&T U-verse experience better, including:
- More than 200 live channels launched on the U-verse App for smartphones and tablets, with more than 110 channels available to watch outside the home.
- The launch of U-verse KIDS!, Austin Found, What’s Trending and other popular new interactive TV apps.
- The debut of original content for country music fans on Country Deep.
