Universidad Popular (UP). The OBS program equips participants with special needs with the skills sets and self-confidence to both succeed in the workplace and to enrich their community. The program consists of Computer Literacy Skills, Vocational Skills and Higher Education guidance. OBS currently offers: Microsoft Office Suit, Typing Skills, Web Surfing, Career Goal setting, Job training skills, Higher Education informational and guidance Services.

Universidad Populars’ OBS program. Targets individuals with a disability to ensure that all the possible benefits are being received for their disability. The Possible benefits and services are: Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), Independent Living, Post-secondary and counseling, Vocational Services. Universidad Popular works in partnership with the Division of Rehabilitation Services. UP is currently accepting registrations – for adults and families who would like to participate in the OBS program.
