China Excludes Taiwan from WHO
By Daniel Nardini
As if the Chinese government is not guilty enough of crimes against humanity, guilty of allowing the spread of the deadly corona virus that has killed so far 1,100 plus, and guilty of not providing truthful, current information for the rest of the world, now it is using its considerable leverage to exclude Taiwan from the World Health Organization (WHO) when ALL countries and regions of the world should know how to stop this pandemic. The Chinese government forced the very doctors who knew about this new virus to sign confessions and keep silent about the corona virus in the belief that it would “go away.” One of those doctors, Li Wenliang, paid with his life when he died from the virus he had tried to warn the authorities about. It is becoming too clear that the Chinese government cannot be trusted on what information they provide.
In this context, it is important that all countries and regions of the world have information to be able to fight and stop the spread of this new and quite deadly flu virus. Taiwan, being right next to China, just as much needs information and means to stop the spread of the corona virus as any other country. To put it mildly, the Chinese Communist Party is taking a cheap and vile shot at what they call a “renegade province” because they want to bring the freely democratically elected government there down. Deadly viruses do not know borders, do not know race, nationality or creed, and do not know politics. Viruses kill regardless. It appears that the Chinese Communist Party is doing what it has always done; let innocent people die and damn all of the consequences. Hopefully, this pandemic will make the people of China question the legitimacy of their government which they cannot elect.
