Aging Care Connections is proud to announce the opening of its new satellite office in Elmwood Park, Illinois. Situated within the Elmwood Park Village Hall, this office will provide vital resources and assistance to the aging population and their families in Elmwood Park and surrounding areas, including Leyden Township. The satellite office will operate under the same phone number as Aging Care Connections, reachable at (708) 354-1323. Walk-in assistance will be available on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am to 1pm.  The decision to establish a satellite office in Elmwood Park was motivated by Elmwood Park and Aging Care Connections’ commitment to better serve the residents of this area. The new location will offer the same comprehensive services as the main office, ensuring that individuals can access information on all available resources.
