Mercury Cruises’ New Creepy Cruise Extended Through Halloween Weekend

Mercury, Chicago’s Skyline Cruiseline, announces the extension of its new and popular offering, the Creepy Cruise through November 2. The 90-minute nighttime river tour features haunted tales of Chicago history while giving guests the chance to cruise by the places where they happened. The Creepy Cruise features stories of mysterious sightings, creepy haunts, mobsters and other Chicago lore. Local tour guides narrate the tour, giving guests the chance to cruise the Chicago River amidst twilight tales of the city. More information and tickets for the tour, which departs at 9:00 p.m. on Fridays and 9:30 p.m. on Saturdays from the Chicago Riverwalk, can be found www.mercurycruises.com. Mercury Cruises is announcing the dates for another popular offering for fall: the Howl-O-Ween Canine Cruise. Customers are invited to bring their dogs in costume aboard a 90-minute cruise on the Chicago River and Lake Michigan. The canine-centric cruises will feature pumpkin-flavored dog treats and prizes for the best costumes. Winners will be entered into the running for a special grand prize, featuring a $1,000 charitable donation in the winner’s name to a canine organization. The cruises will be offered October 5-6 and October 12-13. Additional popular Mercury offerings include family-friendly daytime and evening cruises on the Chicago River and Lake Michigan, including Urban Adventure and Chicago By Night! cruises.
