Tiffany Ocasio’s 25th anniversary of working at Community Savings Bank was February 1, 2025. She is now a member of the large group of employees who have worked at the bank for 25 years or more. Her anniversary was celebrated on Friday, February 7, with a cake and well-wishes from her fellow employees. Ocasio started her career with Community in 2000. Her best friend convinced her to apply for an open teller position. Over the years, Ocasio has also worked in the Teller, Operations, and Accounting departments. She has had a wide range of duties that have included processing ACH, check returns and balancing cashier check accounts. Ocasio said, “I like the ‘family’ feeling at Community and knowing that my customers trust me with their concerns. It truly has been a blessing being able to work here for 25 years.” Today, Ocasio works in the Operations department where she supports many online and electronic banking functions. She is always happy to assist customers and fellow employees whenever needed. “Tiffany is a valued employee. We appreciate her dedication over the past 25 years” said Dane H. Cleven, president and chairman of the bank.
