On Saturday, April 26, 2025, the Vive Tu Vida En Forma organization will launch its most ambitious health equity initiative to date — the Chicagoland Health Equity Fiesta Tour, a 10-stop journey bringing essential health services to underserved and uninsured communities across the region. The first event kicks off at 10a.m. at Brighton Park Community Campus (Park No. 596), 4830 S. Western Avenue, in the heart of one of Chicago’s most underserved neighborhoods. From Brighton Park to Waukegan, Forest Park to Rockford, and everywhere in between — the Health Equity Fiesta Tour will provide free or low-cost health screenings, mental health resources, women’s and men’s health education, HIV/AIDS testing, diabetes monitoring, CPR training, and so much more.
