360 CHICAGO, the iconic observation deck located on the 94th floor of 875 N. Michigan Avenue, and home to the TILT thrill ride and the highest bar in Chicago, CloudBar, will host a Día de Los Muertos festival on Friday, November 3 from 7 – 11 p.m. to celebrate “Day of the Dead,” a holiday largely observed in Mexican cultures – but celebrated worldwide – that honors friends and family members who have passed. The event will feature live music by Mariachi de Estrellas and a local DJ spinning Latin mixes, and special performances by Kit Kat Lounge Divas and the Collaborative Institute of Cultural Arts. Authentic cuisine from Taqueria La Zacatecana will be available and 360 CHICAGO’s CloudBar will offer specialty drinks from the elevated cocktail menu, including the seasonal Hombre Del Fuego and Matcha Medusa. Local vendors will also be on-site, featuring handmade crafts, jewelry, leather goods, artisanal imported goods at the Tianguis Artist Market. Guests can honor loved ones at a beautiful altar designed by local artist, Eduardo “Lalo” Orozco, all with the most beautiful views of Chicago’s evening skyline.
