Don’t Get Involved in Angry Protests
By Daniel Nardini
Apparently, it has slipped these demonstrators’ minds that the Israel-Hamas War started when Hamas attacked southern Israel and slaughtered in the most brutal of fashion innocent unarmed old men, women and children on October 7th. The surprise attack left 1,400 innocent Israelis dead and why the war started. Israel is determined to eliminate this threat from their border once and for all. Honestly I cannot blame them. These idiot demonstrators also do not realize that Egyptians do not want any of these Palestinian Arabs in their country because they would be letting in Hamas as well. The Egyptians do not want terrorists in the Sinai as this could create an additional security threat. So in many ways Egypt is the silent partner in this war, and yet not a single pro-Palestine demonstration has said anything against Egypt.
But my biggest concern against these pro-Palestine demonstrations is that they are disruptive, not really peaceful, and full of angry people looking for a fight. As I have written before, the Israel-Hamas War is far from America’s shores, and this country has no real leverage in stopping Israel from doing anything to protect its own security interests. I can only caution my readers to stay away from these demonstrations. Those of my readers who are pro-Israel should not poke this hornet’s nest, and I cannot emphasize enough listening to radio or TV reports of these possible demonstrations should they occur wherever in Chicago or in any neighboring suburban towns. As many people go about their Christmas shopping and see loved ones during this holiday season, I hope that my readers will stay safe and not have to deal with this nuisance. In these uncertain times, we should not have or promote hate in this special time of year. For all of my readers, I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a safe and happy holiday!
