Minority and Women Owned Businesses can explore millions of dollars of procurement opportunities on the McCormick Place campus, the largest convention center in North America, at the Campus –Wide Business Diversity Fair. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to attend. The Metropolitan and Exposition Authority (MPEA) in its ongoing commitment to fostering diversity and economic empowerment, is hosting its annual Campus-Wide Business Diversity Fair. This event, scheduled for July 17 from 10AM –2PM, will take place at Wintrust Arena. MPEA has a deep commitment to supplier diversity and already spends more than $24 million annually with MBE and WBE firms. This is an occasion to find opportunities to provide services or products, meet and gain valuable insight with our campus partners in one place including MPEA, McCormick Place|OVG 360, McCormick Place|Oak View Group Hospitality (McCormick Place food and beverage provider), Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, Marriot Marquis Chicago, Wintrust Bank, and Choose Chicago. Minority-owned and women-owned businesses are encouraged to participate in this event as the Business Diversity Fair aims to cultivate a marketplace that champions inclusivity.
