Francisco Avenue, Chicago, IL 60622. This community-centered event is designed to encourage early detection, provide crucial health screenings, and offer education on holistic wellness in a fun and supportive environment. With breast cancer being one of the most common cancers affecting women, Humboldt Park Health is dedicated to making preventive care accessible to all members of the community. Through partnerships with local healthcare providers and wellness advocates, this event offers an array of services to help individuals take proactive steps toward better health. • Mammogram Screenings for a self-pay fee of $50 (insurance also accepted).
