Humboldt Park Health (HPH) is excited to announce its annual Holiday Coat Giveaway, a heartwarming event aimed at supporting families in need during the holiday season. This year, the event will take place on Thursday, Dec. 19th, 2024, from 5p.m., to 8p.m., at Humboldt Park Health, located at 1044 N. Francisco Avenue, Chicago, IL 60622. The event features a free coat giveaway for the first 500 guests (ages 2-12). Families can also enjoy a toy giveaway for children, festive holiday music, an informal tree lighting ceremony, light snacks and refreshments, and additional community resources including free dental kits for children and free flu shots for those who need them. The event is free and open to all. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early, as coats and toys will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Dental kits and flu shots will also be provided while supplies last.
