Community Savings Bank, 4801 W. Belmont Ave., will host a Home Buying Seminar presented entirely in Spanish on Saturday, May 3 from 9a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the bank. The purpose of this Spanish seminar is to help more local residents buy a first home. It will feature speakers with experience in budgeting, mortgage lending, real estate sales, and contractual aspects of buying a home. The Home Buying Seminar will cover many topics including how to find and buy a home, apply for a mortgage, repair credit, and qualify for special down payment programs.
