Teen Leaders Learn Real World Financial Skills

Lawndale News Chicago's Bilingual Newspaper - EducationJudith and Felix Cervantes from Cicero Area Project were among those, who participated in “Welcome to the Real World,” a Money Management Workshop on March 5, at the Chicago Area Project (CAP) office, 55 E. Jackson in Chicago. The workshop, part of the Chicago Area Project/Youth as Resources Youth Leadership Development Program, featured activities like “The Millionaire Game,” working with a “Life Skills Simulation” workbook and presentations by bankers from Urban Partnership Bank and BMO Harris.
