The 14th Annual Child Care Business Expo: ‘Shining a Light on the Business Side of Child Care,’ presented by the Women’s Business Development Center (WBDC), will be held on Saturday, June 2, from 8am to 3:30 pm., at the UIC Forum, 725 W. Roosevelt Road. Themed “Shining a Light on the Business Side of Child Care,” and presented in Spanish and English, the Child Care Business Expo provides child care entrepreneurs access to creative solutions to today’s business issues and to a much-needed network of resources and support. Illinois Lieutenant Governor Sheila Simon and Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle will serve as Expo Honorary Co-Chairs and welcome attendees at the opening breakfast.
