Ambulance services have been on the gauntlet by the State’s Health and Family Services (HFS) Department.  Ambulatory care services are under scrutiny by state bureaucrats in order to save costs.  “I would rather the lives of my constituents be in the hands of professionals rather than the bureaucrats in HFS,” said Sandoval.
