On Saturday, June 11 the Mexican American Veterans Association (MAVA), Hero Street and Chicago Chapters performed 21 Gun Salute on 18th Pl and Morgan. The salute honored the passing of Desert Storm Veteran, United States Marine Corps, and MAVA member Sgt. Carlos Garcia.
