State Representative Lisa Hernandez, along with Get Covered Illinois, Corazón Community Services, Pilsen Wellness Center, Alivio Medical Center, and Sinai Health System will host a health fair on Saturday, Feb. 7th from 9a.m., to 2p.m., at Fuerza Youth Center, 5339 W. 25th St., Cicero, IL. The health fair will include health screenings for BMI, blood pressure, glucose, as well as an opportunity to enroll in a health plan before the deadline on February 15th. Certified Navigators will be on site to help attendees enroll into a health insurance plan.
