Furious 7 actor and rapper Ludacris rolled into Chicagoland Speedway on Saturday, Sept. 19th for the release of Universal Pictures Furious 7 as well as participated in Furious 7 300 as grand Marshall. “It’s always great coming back to Chicago,” said Ludacris during an intimate press conference inside a suite at Chicagoland Speedway. “I have family here so when I come back it always feels like home.” Ludacris travelled to Chicago to promote the release of Furious 7, an experience Ludacris called unforgettable. “We always have the best time when we all get together. We are a family. So working on the films always feels like a family reunion,” said Ludacris, who confirmed his plans to work on the Furious 8 film. “We begin production soon so that’s something fans can look forward to and I have to thank the fans for their support over the years and really making this franchise what it is today.”
