The second annual Chicago FIT & FLEX Expo is coming to Tinley Park, Illinois on July 1st – 2nd, 2016 at the Tinley Park Convention Center. This expo is an extension of the Wings of Strength Chicago Pro and NPC Tim Gardner Chicago Extravaganza, celebrating its fifth year in the Chicago market. This event is a sanctioned IFBB Professional League & NPC amateur competition showcasing the nation’s best in bodybuilding, fitness, figure physique, and bikini from all over the world and continues to grow each year with over 600 athletes and 5000 plus in attendance spanning the fitness weekend. The sports exposition which will be open to the public and will feature the 2016 UPA Men’s and Women’s, Teen, Junior, and Masters Powerlifting National Championship and UPA Women’s Pro Powerlifting meet and Strongman Corporation’s Illinois Strongest Man/Woman 2016. CrossFit New Lenox will be on-site providing demonstrations and the FIT&FLEX Barbell Bash Tournament. Art du Deplacement Chicago will also be on side providing Parkour Ways seminars to attendees.
