Customers can enjoy the traditional in-store furniture shopping experience and, thanks to enhanced speed to market, have their purchases at home the next day. The stores began offering next day delivery, seven days a week, on January 1, 2018, to customers in assigned Chicagoland zip codes. “To celebrate 13 years in the Chicago market, we will now offer next day delivery seven days a week at the No. 1 furniture and mattress retailer in North America, Ashley HomeStore,” said Gene Lunger, EVP of Retail Operations at Ashley HomeStore. “In addition to our 13 Chicagoland stores, we have opened beautiful new locations in Geneva and Downers Grove with plans to add additional stores in 2018.” In-stock merchandise ordered by customers shopping at a Chicagoland Ashley HomeStore before 5 p.m. will be delivered to their homes, the next day, in eligible zip codes.
