Emerging youth artists are now invited to submit their work year-round to the historic Black Creativity Juried Art Exhibition at the Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago (MSI). The submission process will allow students to submit their artwork on a rolling basis as they complete school work. African-American artists who are age 18 or younger, or who are enrolled in grades 9-11 or the equivalent, for the 2018-19 school year may submit up to four works for consideration in the 2020 Black Creativity Juried Art Exhibition. Early submissions to the Black Creativity Juried Art Exhibition are due July 31, 2019. The 50th anniversary of the Black Creativity Juried Art Exhibition opens January 13, 2020.
