The University of Chicago Department of Music is excited to share the schedule of events for Puerto Rican band Plena Libre’s March residency activities. The band, which is the 2019-20 Don Michael Randel Ensemble-in-Residence at the University, will participate in a variety of events and programs March 2nd through 8th, including a concert with the University Symphony Orchestra, a lunchtime roundtable discussion, and a plena dance workshop with Chicago 3Arts grant recipient Ivelisse Diaz.
